On Tuesday, June 9, the Sejong Institute hosted a roundtable with Prof. Vitaly Kozyrev (Endicott College) and Prof. Lyle Goldstein (Brown University), featuring a presentation on 『​The New Cold War at Sea』​ and discussion of U.S.-China-Russia relations and Northeast Asian security.
