On June 22nd, the Sejong Institute held its 12th colloquium of 2021. Cheong Seong-Chang, director of the Center for North Korean Studies presented his paper on the topic of "Evaluation of the latest revisions to the Rules of the Workers’ Party of Korea and changes in North Korea’s domestic and foreign policy." Yang Un-Chul, director of the Department of Unification Strategy Studies , moderated the event.
