On January 9, Peter Ward, Research Fellow, delivered a presentation titled "Issues and Implications of Command Control and Communications Systems for North Korea’s Tactical and Maritime Nuclear Forces​." 

The debate was moderated by Beomchul Shin, Director of Center for Korean Peninsula Strategy at Sejong Institute​, and featured discussions by Bomi Kim, Head of Department of North Korean Studies at INSS, Jungsup Kim, Principal Research Fellow at Sejong Institute.
